Registered Massage Therapist

I have been a Massage Therapist for over 20 yrs.

I have had the privilege of raising my children while maintaining a home based business. I started my education with Willington College of Remedial Massage Therapy in 1996 and continue to develop my skill. My education includes fascial work, trigger point therapy, training for the jaw, mental health first aid and most recently a Principal Certification in Thai Yoga Massage by Navina.

I enjoy the muscle challenges clients bring to my treatment room. After all this time, I still feel joy every time a muscle releases under my fingers or a joint has visible change in its range of motion. I love to laugh with my clients and also watch them fade off to sleep. The skills I have developed, and the care I provide have allowed me the privilege of meeting all kinds of wonderful people, weekend warriors, elite athletes, young children, everyday people, musicians and hopefully you.

Thai Yoga Massage

This is an ancient healing practice that originated in India. Many people describe it as a mix between yoga and massage. It uses stretching and slow, rhythmic compression along the body’s energy lines, this lengthens muscles and increases flexibility. The calming effect of Thai Massage Therapy can bring your body into a trance type experience.
